Shipping;
(These times are estimates, and not guaranteed. Shipping times can be impacted by world events, unforeseen circumstances, shipping companies internal issues, and other unexpected events outside of my control. Thank you for understanding.)
All orders are sent with fully registered and tracked shipping!
As all my artwork is handmade and made to-order,
the shipping times can vary depending on how long it takes me to create your order.

Abstract Art Prints : Processing | 1- 2 Days , Shipping | 5 – 14 Days
Stained Glass Suncatchers : Processing | 7- 15 Days , Shipping | 5 – 14 Days
Clay Incense Burner/Candle Holder/Alter/Shelf : Processing | 7- 15 Days, Shipping | 5- 14 Days
T-Shirts : Processing | 1- 2 Days , Shipping | 3- 17 Days
Misc. Clay Items : Processing | 4- 9 Days , Shipping | 7- 15 Days
Mugs : Processing | 2- 6 Days , Shipping | 5 – 19 Days
Processing times often vary, and take either more or less time, based on how many other orders I have at the time;
but I always aim to finish and ship your orders as quickly as I possibly can!
Shipping within Ireland usually takes less time (1-3 days on average) and countries further away from Ireland can take slightly more time on average.
These are just estimated times; and most of my orders tend to arrive well before the later part of these dates, however if you have a specific date you’d like to receive your order by (for a birthday or an anniversary, etc.) or an urgent request, please just send me an email ( at elliottlusk@gmail.com ) in advance and I will do my best to try and make sure it arrives to you before that date, if at all possible! Thank you.
Returns
Please contact us at elliottlusk@gmail.com, before returning any products. We’re more than happy to assist with any problems you may have.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If 30 days have already passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Thank you for understanding.
Wrong Address ;
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will have to pay for the return shipping cost (once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable)).
Unclaimed ;
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us. You will have to pay for the shipping cost to reship it back to you (if and as applicable).
Customs ;
Customs and import taxes; Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchange ;
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for products that have been ordered in the wrong size. Please check our size chart before you make your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
